Please include your macOS version, Mac model, RoboPresent version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include API keys or private project files unless requested.
Where are projects stored? New projects use RoboPresent’s private container. Use Open Project to grant access to another folder.
Why is a Python slide unavailable? Python slides remain in the direct-download build. The Mac App Store build accepts exported images or videos instead.
Why did cloud narration not run? Check the selected provider, its model, and the key saved in Settings. Cloud features require explicit configuration.
